I have lived in Maine my whole life and have lived in the Biddeford-Saco area for almost 20 years.
For the past 15 years, I have been in a supervisory property management position, and have almost 18 years of property management experience.
I have always been drawn to real estate. My wife and I bought and remodeled a fixer upper multi-unit as our first home in our early 20s and have continued buying and selling multi-unit homes ever since. I have a passion for property management and enjoy providing owners and tenants with the best customer and rental experience possible. I am dedicated to quality work, and I care deeply about property image and upkeep.
My focus is on maintaining and increasing property values for owners while providing tenants a warm and welcoming home.
Our Team Vision
Based on our experience with our own properties, Ring Property Management takes an owner’s approach to third-party management. We seek to maximize operating performance to minimize any hassle with efficient systems in place. We utilize Buildium software that provides detailed billing and reports for you to always know what is happening with your property.
We oversee and monitor day-to-day property management and maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner, providing owners with peace of mind that they are in good hands. We ensure our vendors are licensed and insured so the property is covered.
We believe in acquiring quality tenants to build a strong rental community. We work to develop strong relationships with each tenant and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities.
We offer a complimentary hour of maintenance (install curtain rods, hang photos, etc.) for each new tenant to minimize property damage and produce a comfortable, homelike feel that entices tenants to stay longer. This also allows staff to answer any questions after the busy move-in process.
We understand the importance and complexity of an investment in real estate and will manage each property as if it was our own.
